General Web Site and Purchase Ware Terms

Premade adoptions aside, all linkware and purchase ware provided to you is for your personal use only. Premade adoptions are offered to you for the purpose of adopting out to others for free :-) You are also more than welcome to purchase gifts for others but please let me know where the graphics will be used.

Please refrain from using my graphics to develop web sites for others, even if you are not charging for this service. If you would like to develop web sites for others using my graphics, please contact me, in advance, so that we may discuss the options available to you.

Please do not use my graphics to create tubes, PSP paint brushes, PSP masks, nozzles, fonts, filters, software plug-ins, etc.

Membership Terms

You may not give your login information to others even if they claim to be a member. If someone claims to have forgotten their member/login information, please ask them to contact me. Any member found to be giving out their member/login information risks having their membership revoked and without refund.

Nothing found in the members area is for you to give to others. Redistribution in any way is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, counters, clocks, calendars, skins, blinkies, uncolored line art, my tubes, tutorials, adoptions, stamps, web sets, graphics, desktop buddies, web bits, etc. Any member found to be redistributing members area content risks having their membership revoked and without refund.

Tubing - Tubing must be for your own personal use only and graphics may only be offered for download if they are fully finished graphics such as signature tags, stationery, web sets, etc. Offering tubes or image files of finished outlines and tutorials for download is only permitted if you have a tubing license. If you already have tubes on your site made with material(s) from PrettyPixels ByU a license is required in order for you to maintain them. If you do not wish to obtain the needed license you are asked to remove the tubes from all of your sites at the earliest convenience.  Added 7/23/06 You may not purchase
a tube license then sell the tubes for others to use as tubes for their site whether it is
tube format/ gif format /jpeg format/png format , any format. 

Line Art/Outlines - Once the line art is colored you may use it for personal or commercial purposes. Offering tubes or image files of finished outlines and tutorials is only permitted if you have a tubing license.

Dolls - Any dolls you create with the help of tutorials or outlines/line art from within the members area must be fully dressed. You are not permitted to offer naked/unfinished doll bases. Offering tubes or image files of finished outlines and tutorials is only permitted if you have a tubing license.

Several tubes that I offer to you were made with the help of line art from some really great pixel artists! Other than adding to them, please do not make any kind of alterations to them. This includes, but is not limited to, creating outlines, resizing, cropping and re-coloring them.

Tutorials may not be written with the help of any material(s) found within the members' area. This includes outlines.

My tubes (the ones that I offer to you) and tutorials may not be shared, passed through e-groups, put on your site, given to friends, passed around in e-mails, redistributed, placed on your site, etc. You may not place them on CD and redistribute in a collection that way either.

Web sets offered to you are for your use only. Please do not redistribute them or share them with your friends. You may use them to decorate your own personal or commercial site.
